Description

Single-component water-based LED curing (395 nm) lacquer in situ for wooden floors. ECOFAST UV LED has high resistance to foot traffic and abrasion and is therefore suitable for flooring subject to high wear. ECOFAST UV LED is cross-linked using portable LED (LEDY) machines and is recommended where rapid use of wood flooring is required.

How To Use

ECOFAST UV LED must be applied on wood previously filled,
sanded and carefully vacuumed. Shake ECOFAST UV LED well before use.
APPLICATION:
After having prepared the wood and having sanded with a
120/150 paper grit, apply the first coat of product by roller
and wait for the complete evaporation of the water (at least
1 hour) before proceeding to the cross-linking with LED lamps
with LEDY. Sand ECOFAST UV LED with 220/320 paper grit and
then apply the second coat of ECOFAST UV LED and wait for
the complete evaporation of the water. Proceed again to crosslink with LED lamps, sand with 320 paper grit or alternatively
scotch brite bordeaux, and apply the third coat of ECOFAST UV
LED if necessary. Wait for the water to evaporate completely
and then proceed to the LED light curing with LEDY. The floor is
immediately walkable.
