Shipping Policy

Chimiver.us ships to addresses within the U.S. and Canada.

Order Processing Time
All orders require 1–5 business days to be processed, packed, and shipped from our facility. Our team is committed to delivering high-quality products, and this process ensures that each order meets our standards. Please do not expect same-day shipping. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will begin processing the following business day. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Business Hours
Our facility operates Monday through Friday (8am-4pm EST). We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays. Orders placed over the weekend or after business hours will be processed starting the next business day. For example, orders placed with next-day shipping on Friday after 12:00 PM will not begin processing until the following Monday.

Shipping Carrier Responsibility
Once a package leaves our facility, it is in the possession of the shipping carrier. At that point, we are no longer able to make changes, reroute, or edit your shipment. All delivery timelines and handling fall under the carrier’s responsibility. 

Incorrect Shipping Information

It is the customer’s responsibility to enter accurate shipping information at checkout. If an inaccurate or incomplete address is provided, the original order may need to be voided and reshipped. In such cases, additional shipping charges may apply, and the customer will be invoiced accordingly. Delivery delays caused by incorrect shipping details are not the responsibility of our company.

Product Condition Guarantee
We guarantee that no cans leave our facility dented, damaged, or leaking. If you receive a product that has been compromised during shipping (e.g., leaks or significant damage), you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide the following for a damage claim:

  • Clear photo(s) of the damaged product

  • Proof of purchase (invoice number, etc.)

Upon verification, a replacement or refund will be issued.

Package Safety After Delivery

Please be aware that if a package is left unattended outdoors—especially in extreme temperatures, direct sunlight, rain, or snow—the quality and performance of the product may be compromised. Our products are sensitive to environmental conditions and should be brought indoors promptly upon delivery.

We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or product degradation that occurs after delivery has been completed.

Shipping Charges and Terms
All shipping charges must be paid in advance, unless you hold a pre-existing account or contract with us. We strictly use our designated shipping methods which include insurance. 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
