ECOFILL TECH is a solvent-free single-component water-based acrylic filler which, mixed with the dust produced by sanding is used to smooth the wooden floor. ECOFILL TECH, thanks to its high viscosity, has excellent filling power allowing a quick sanding of the floor without shrinking.

How To Use

Shake well before use.
After polishing the wooden floor with 24 or 36 grit abrasive
paper and 80 grit and after having carefully vacuumed it, apply
ECOFILL TECH, with a smooth trowel, mixed with the wood
powder obtained by sanding the same wood with 80-100 grit
abrasive paper (adjust the mixing ratio according to the size
of the cracks referring to the percentages shown above). After
finishing the smoothing, if some cracks are still open, repeat the
application always mixing ECOFILL TECH with the same wood
dust. Then sand with 100 grit abrasive paper and proceed with the
next sanding steps. Avoid leaving product excesses as they would
take a long time to dry. It is advisable to carry out preliminary tests
in case of dark wood essences, in order to check the compatibility
of the final color. Wooden floors filled with ECOFILL TECH, if dry,
can be finished following both water and solvent cycles.
